Unsolicited E-mail Policy 

Unsolicited e-mail or "spam" originating from a hosting account or associated with one of the hosting accounts is not tolerated. This includes any e-mail that promotes web sites hosted on VMC Infotech's servers but is sent from an e-mail address not associated with that account. 

Use of distribution lists via unsolicited electronic mail or other mass electronic mailings is strictly prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to deactivate the Client's Server account(s) upon an indication of such activity. 

Activities Subject to Immediate Deactivation Any Server that is used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activity may be immediately deactivated by us without warning to you. Illegal, abusive or unethical activities may include, but are not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, hacking, computer virus, gambling, or promotion of gambling, and any harassing or harmful materials or uses as determined by us. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim resulting from your publications or use of illegal, abusive, or unethical materials. Although we will make reasonable effort to alert you to such activities and allow you an opportunity to cure them within a 12-hour period after discovery, we are not required to give such notice before deactivating your use of our services if, in our discretion, your use is or results in illegal, abusive, or unethical activities. If a Virtual private server is disabled, the regular monthly fees still apply until the account is terminated by the Client. 

Examples of non-acceptable content or links: 

Gambling sites
Pirated software
Hackers programs or archives
Warez Sites
IRC Bots
Mp3

We will be the sole authority as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Traffic Guidelines :

Due to the unique resource characteristics and traffic patterns associated with certain types of sites, the following are limited to 500 Mb of free traffic:

Sub hosting from outside Service provide - Domain pointing to our server from other Service Provider
Shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives
Mirror sites
Distribution points
Online Greeting Cards or similar service which may not be of person one
Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution or file transfer
Server used for File Transfer.

CGI Scripts :

Each account comes with its own CGI-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation.

Chat Rooms :

We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option. We do provide a choice of Java chat rooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.

Background Running Programs :

We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one to one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC :

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers. Java chat programs are acceptable.

Server Abuse:

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Change of Policy:

Our Policies may be changed on time to time basis without any prior notifications

Billing Policies


All our accounts cost an initial set up fee and an annual fee. We must receive this before your account is set up. You can pay this on our web site using a credit card. Alternatively you may send a check to our office at:

The setup fee is non-refundable.Payment for services can be made with an American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa credit card. We also accept International Money Orders, Money Orders, and business or personal checks sent directly to our office. All payments should be posted in United States dollars. 

All our new and existing customers are taken to have accepted our terms of service. A link to the agreement is also sent to your e-mail address as soon as your order is received.

Annual hosting begins on the day the order is executed and continues for 365 days thereafter. In case of Virtual private servers, domains may be set up throughout the year. At the end of 365 days from the date of set up of the Virtual private server it will need to be renewed, without which the domains will need to be moved elsewhere.


You may register the domains elsewhere or through our site. Domains registered through our web site automatically get parked onto our servers. You will need to use the following nameservers:

Primary nameserver: ns.vmcinfotech.com
Primary IP: 216.121.106.204

Secondary nameserver: ns2.vmcinfotech.com
Secondary IP: 216.121.107.7

For matter of record we recommend that you print our the clickbank tickets issued.

When hosting renewals come up, the customer us informed. In case the hosting is not renewed for 21 days after the date it expires, the site is deactivated. A one day notice is sent to the customer via e-mail before deactivation.


Requests for modifications to an account, or anything that requires a charge or invoice, must be requested via e-mail sent to info@vmcinfotech.com. This includes new domain set ups, adding additional disk space, adding additional domain names to an existing Virtual Private server.

All clients are responsible for backing up their own files separately. we take back ups regularly, restoration is available for a fee.
